A few years ago, I worked on a new book about negative emotions called “How to Stop Being Sad”. At the time, I had a bunch of clients who were feeling miserable because of a problem they were having.
I felt terrible about that. I wanted to help people with these issues as much as possible, but I also knew that I could be putting my mental health at risk. The first step in dealing with these issues is recognizing when you are too hard on yourself. As I started thinking about this topic, I realized that it would take a lot of practice to get good at it.

The only thing that has changed is that I now have a bakery selling cupcakes, and I plan to get there.

The problem was that I was making the clothes myself and didn’t have enough time to make enough clothes to sell. So, I thought, “If I can just sell the clothes, I can still make money.” I figured I could get a storefront if I could sell the clothes.
I started a Facebook page for the Corner Bakery. I knew I would make a profit if I could sell the clothes. After about a year, I sold the clothes, and I sold a ton of clothes. It was fun.
I started selling the clothes at events. I did craft shows, garage sales, and farmers’ markets.
I was always selling more than I could sell. I had to buy more clothes. I couldn’t keep up with the demand. So, I started thinking about how I could get more customers. I knew I could get more customers if I could sell the clothes.
Then, I thought, “If I can get more customers, I can get more customers.” I kept going back to that idea. I realized that the key to my success was creating a brand. I had to build a brand.
So, I decided to go to school. I started taking a few classes. I learned about branding, marketing, and how to do SEO.
I figured out that it wasn’t just about the clothes. It was also about the brand. I started to see that if I could build a brand, I could make a lot of money.
After a few years, I started to build the brand. I started a blog. I created a website. I started making a lot of content. I started posting videos on YouTube. I started a Facebook page.
I started getting more and more traffic. I started building my audience. I started seeing my brand grow.
That’s when I started thinking about SEO. I started seeing that I could grow even more if I could do SEO.

We’re not giving away cupcakes anymore; instead, we’re giving away a free dessert for a friend’s birthday. This works because our customers love us, and they love to help others.
We also get a lot of referrals. People are telling their friends about us. It’s a great feeling.
